Delivery Guarantee

Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping do not come with a delivery guarantee.

Express Shipping: For more reliable delivery, we recommend choosing express shipping. If your order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment (or 40 business days during the peak season in November and December), please contact our support team for a reshipment.


Lost Orders

Claims for Lost Orders: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if the order has been lost in transit. A replacement order will be sent on your behalf.

Criteria for Lost Orders:

Please note that we may need to confirm the lost order status with the shipping provider.

If tracking shows "delivered" but the customer claims non-receipt:
