Returned Packages
Reshipment Conditions: Reshipments are only processed if the original package is physically returned to us and received in our facility. If tracking shows "returned to sender" but we do not receive the package, reshipment is not possible.

International Logistics Limitations
"Returned to Sender" Does Not Guarantee Recovery:

Due to complexities in international shipping, even if tracking indicates a package is "returned to sender," we often cannot retrieve the original order.

No reshipments or refunds will be processed unless we physically receive the returned item.
Lost Returns: If a package is lost during return transit (not received by us), we are unable to reship or refund.
Order Modification, Cancellation, and Rush Processing Fee Policy
In response to the increased order volume, InterestPrint has improved and optimized its automated production process, enhancing production speed and efficiency. These enhancements have rendered design modifications or order cancellations a more complex task, demanding additional time and resources.To cover the associated costs, we will charge a processing fee ranging from 25% to 50% based on the circumstances and order progress. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
No cancellations or refunds can be accommodated once payment is made for orders in the USA. After payment, the tracking number will be updated, and we will incur shipping costs. Therefore, we kindly request that you thoroughly review and confirm all order details, including the design and shipping address, before proceeding with the payment.
Quality Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us within 30 days. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution.

Replacement Orders: If our quality assurance team validates the issue, we will send a complimentary replacement to your customer.

Refund: If a replacement isn't feasible, and your customer can't wait, we will provide a refund.
Color Consistency

While we aim to minimize color variation, it is a natural part of the printing process due to multiple influencing factors such as machine settings and humidity. Minor color discrepancies are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered by the quality guarantee.
Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

Procedure: If items are misprinted, defective, or damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Required Info: Provide photos/videos of the item and your order number for verification.

Shipping Damage: If the item was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. InterestPrint is not responsible for damage during transit.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
If the wrong product is shipped or an item is missing, please contact us immediately with relevant details and photos for a replacement to be arranged at no extra cost.
Design Issues
If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of InterestPrint if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you and your customers.
Sizing Issues
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference.
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
For shoes and clothing sizing disputes, InterestPrint will cover the product fee, but reship shipping fee should be covered by re-seller. Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error, InterestPrint will not afford any fees for this exchange. In order for a exchange to be processed, sellers must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, InterestPrint order number.
Duties, Tax and Charges
Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price.
This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Design Uploads

Liability: InterestPrint is not responsible for delays or issues arising from faulty designs uploaded by store owners.

Infringement Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that designs uploaded do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks. InterestPrint is not liable for any losses or claims resulting from intellectual property infringements.
Orders Seized by Customs Due to Copyright Claims

Responsibility: If an order is seized by customs due to copyright or trademark claims, the seller will bear the monetary losses. InterestPrint is not responsible for such claims.
By uploading or saving a design in the InterestPrint App you agree that:
l You hold the rights to commercially reproduce this design.
l You also release InterestPrint from any claims made as a result of any property right infringement.
l You understand that infringement of property rights is illegal. If you have any doubt as to the legal ownership of a design you should check with the rightful owner that you are able to use the design before uploading.
l You understand that InterestPrint acts under your instructions and are not obligated in any way to check or confirm the legal use of reproducing any designs.
l You agree to indemnify and defend InterestPrint for any claims made as a result of alleged infringements including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property claims, including any payments for damages sustained by a claimant and attorneys’ fees incurred by you to defend against any claims made.
